Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ResitJer service across supported web and mobile experiences. By signing in, uploading receipts, using budgeting, split, or AI features, or purchasing subscription access, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Use The App
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for making sure your Google account, device, browser session, and any information you submit are accurate and under your control.
If you use the app on behalf of a business, household, or other group, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Your Account
The current product uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account linked to your use of the service.
You must not impersonate another person, create access through unauthorized methods, or interfere with authentication, session handling, or account controls.
Receipts, Uploads, And Content
You retain ownership of the receipts, images, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, analyze, and display that content as needed to operate the app.
You must only upload content you have the right to use. You must not upload illegal material, harmful files, content containing malware, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
OCR, Budgeting, And AI Features
Receipt extraction, categorization, budgeting summaries, split calculations, and AI-generated analysis are provided for convenience only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or wrong.
You remain responsible for checking totals, dates, merchants, categories, and any recommendations before making financial, personal, or business decisions.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, reverse engineer protected services, attempt unauthorized access, scrape other users’ data, overload the service, bypass product limits, or use the app for unlawful or abusive activity.
You may not use the app to test attacks, spread malicious content, or interfere with the experience of other users.
Availability And Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, route, integration, billing flow, subscription package, or tool at any time, including budgeting tools, AI analysis, receipt uploads, or account settings.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain free, remain available on every platform, or work on every device forever.
Subscriptions And Paid Features
Some features may require a paid subscription or may be subject to usage limits. Subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, and included features may change over time.
Paid subscriptions may be processed through third-party billing providers. Your use of those billing flows may also be subject to the applicable store, payment processor, or subscription platform terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, or threaten the security or stability of the product.
Account deletion features, where available, may remove access to stored profile information and user content, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention needs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
Any dispute related to the app or these terms should be interpreted and handled under Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have where you live.
Disclaimers And Liability Limits
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by incorrect OCR, AI summaries, budgeting decisions, lost data, account access problems, or third-party provider failures.
