ResitJer processes account data, receipt content, billing-related data, and product usage data so users can sign in, store receipts, access dashboards, use budgeting and AI tools, and manage subscription features across supported platforms.

What We Collect
We may collect account information from your Google sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers needed to maintain your session.
We may collect receipts, uploaded images, manually entered receipt details, merchant names, dates, totals, item lines, budgeting inputs, split circle data, AI analysis requests, profile preferences such as display name, avatar, and preferred currency, and limited billing-related identifiers needed to maintain subscription access.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to authenticate you, store and display receipts, generate dashboard summaries, run budgeting calculations, support receipt image viewing, provide split and AI analysis features, and manage account entitlements such as free or Plus access.
We may also use data for security monitoring, abuse prevention, debugging, backups, analytics, customer support, and product improvement.
OCR, AI, And Automated Processing
Receipt uploads may be processed through automated extraction systems to detect totals, dates, merchants, and line items. AI-related tools may also process spending data to generate summaries or recommendations.
These systems are automated and may be inaccurate. Automated outputs should not be treated as professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
How Data May Be Shared
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the product, such as authentication providers, storage providers, infrastructure vendors, analytics or logging tools, AI or document-processing services, and billing or subscription providers, but only as needed to run the service.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect users or the service, to enforce our terms, or during a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and preserve backups or audit trails where appropriate.
Deleting your account or content may not immediately remove all copies from backups, logs, or security systems.
Your Choices
Within the current product, you can update some profile fields, upload or replace your avatar, change certain preferences, delete receipts, and in some cases request account deletion from settings.

Subscriptions And Billing
If you purchase or manage a paid subscription, billing-related data may be processed by third-party billing platforms and subscription infrastructure providers. We generally do not receive your full payment card details directly.
We may receive limited subscription information such as package selection, purchase state, renewal status, entitlement state, and customer or transaction identifiers needed to activate and manage access to Plus features.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information, but no web service, mobile app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, browser session, and Google account.
Children And Sensitive Data
The app is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent without a parent or guardian.
You should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information that is not required for receipt tracking or account operation.
